Shipping, Returns & Payment Methods

South Africa Shipping

 

All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from Johannesburg.

​

  • Johannesburg & surrounding areas. Local deliveries are arranged directly and processed as efficiently as possible.

  • Nationwide (outside Johannesburg). We ship all national orders via The Courier Guy, one of South Africa’s most reliable courier services.

Estimated delivery times:

 

  • Major cities: 2–4 business days

  • Outlying areas: 3–5 business days

 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.

 

Please note:

 

  • Delivery times may vary during peak periods, public holidays or unforeseen courier delays.

  • Madcap is not responsible for delays caused by the courier once the parcel has been handed over, but we will always assist in tracking and resolving issues where possible.

 

International Shipping

 

For customers outside South Africa, we ship using TUNL, a trusted international shipping partner that allows us to deliver worldwide. TUNL also works with UPS, DHL & FedEx.

 

  • International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

  • Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

 

We do everything we can to ensure your package leaves us securely and promptly.

SHIPPING

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Madcap purchase.

 

If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns under the following conditions:

 

  • Returns must be requested within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, with all accessories included.

  • Limited edition or special collaboration items may be subject to additional return conditions (clearly stated at the time of purchase).

 

To initiate a return:

 

  • Email us with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

  • Items must be returned at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

Please note:

 

  • Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our side.

  • We do not accept returns after the 48-hour window.​
